The Salvation Army Homeless Medical Clinic provides uninsured homeless adults with free health care services. These services are provided by physicians, physician assistants, nurses and a social worker who all work closely together to serve 2,500 individuals each year. It is a point of entry clinic providing episodic care and addressing chronic disease health issues, including finding a continuing primary health care home.
